결제 후 7일 안에는 이유를 묻지 않고 환불합니다. A full refund within 7 days of a charge, no questions asked.
성인을 위한 교육입니다. 현금 베팅·환전·상금이 없으며 실전 수익을 보장하지 않습니다.
환불 정책
1. 7일 환불
첫 결제든 갱신 결제든, 결제일로부터 7일 안에 요청하면 해당 결제 금액 전액을 환불합니다. 환불이 완료되면 Pro 이용은 종료됩니다.
2. 요청 방법
아래 지원 이메일로 계정 이메일 주소와 함께 환불을 요청하세요. 환불은 원래 결제 수단으로 돌려드리며, 카드사에 따라 반영까지 영업일 기준 5일에서 10일이 걸릴 수 있습니다.
중복 결제나 결제 오류는 기간과 관계없이 전액 환불합니다.
3. 해지와 남은 기간
구독은 나의 학습의 구독 관리에서 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지하면 다음 결제가 일어나지 않고, 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 이용할 수 있습니다.
7일이 지난 뒤에는 남은 기간에 대한 부분 환불을 하지 않습니다. 다만 거주 국가의 법이 환불을 요구하는 경우에는 그 법을 따릅니다.
4. 법정 권리와 남용 방지
청약철회 등 거주 국가의 법이 보장하는 권리는 이 정책보다 우선합니다.
구독과 환불을 반복해 정책을 남용하는 경우에는 이후 구매를 제한할 수 있습니다.
Refund Policy
1. Seven-day refund
For a first payment or a renewal, ask within 7 days of the charge and we refund that charge in full. Pro access ends when the refund is completed.
2. How to ask
Email the support address below from, or including, your account email address. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Duplicate or mistaken charges are refunded in full regardless of timing.
3. Cancelling and remaining time
You can cancel at any time under Manage subscription in My practice. After cancelling you are not charged again, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
After the 7 days we do not give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law in your country requires one.
4. Legal rights and misuse
Rights guaranteed by the law where you live, such as a right of withdrawal, take priority over this policy.
If the policy is misused through repeated subscribing and refunding, we may decline future purchases.
Política de reembolsos
1. Reembolso de siete días
Tanto en el primer pago como en una renovación, si lo pides dentro de los 7 días del cobro te devolvemos ese cobro completo. El acceso Pro termina cuando se completa el reembolso.
2. Cómo pedirlo
Escribe al correo de soporte de abajo indicando el correo de tu cuenta. El reembolso vuelve al método de pago original y puede tardar de 5 a 10 días hábiles en reflejarse, según el emisor de tu tarjeta.
Los cobros duplicados o erróneos se reembolsan por completo sin importar el plazo.
3. Cancelación y tiempo restante
Puedes cancelar cuando quieras en Gestionar suscripción dentro de Mi práctica. Tras cancelar no se te vuelve a cobrar y conservas Pro hasta el final del periodo pagado.
Pasados los 7 días no hacemos reembolsos parciales por el tiempo no usado, salvo cuando la ley de tu país lo exija.
4. Derechos legales y uso indebido
Los derechos que garantiza la ley de tu país, como el derecho de desistimiento, prevalecen sobre esta política.
Si se abusa de la política con suscripciones y reembolsos repetidos, podemos rechazar compras futuras.
