Poker Pilot을 이용하기 전에 꼭 알아야 할 약속입니다. What you agree to when you use Poker Pilot.
성인을 위한 교육입니다. 현금 베팅·환전·상금이 없으며 실전 수익을 보장하지 않습니다.
이용약관
1. 서비스의 성격
Poker Pilot은 성인을 위한 텍사스 홀덤·블랙잭 교육과 연습용 시뮬레이션입니다. 도박 서비스가 아닙니다.
현금 베팅, 환전, 상금, 경품이 없습니다. 연습에 쓰이는 칩과 점수는 금전적 가치가 없으며 구매, 판매, 양도, 환전할 수 없습니다. 구독료는 교육 콘텐츠와 훈련 기능의 이용 대가이며 칩이나 게임 내 재화를 사는 것이 아닙니다.
2. 이용 자격
만 18세 이상이면서 거주 국가의 성년 기준(대한민국은 만 19세)을 충족한 성인만 이용할 수 있습니다.
카드 게임과 도박에 관한 법은 나라와 지역마다 다릅니다. 거주지의 법을 지킬 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
3. 허용되지 않는 사용
이 서비스는 게임 밖에서 배우고 연습하는 도구입니다. 다음 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다.
· 실제 돈이 걸린 온라인·오프라인 게임을 하는 도중에 실시간 보조 도구로 쓰는 것
· 법이나 영업장 규칙이 전자기기 사용을 금지하는 카지노 테이블에서 쓰는 것
· 강의, 문제, 차트를 무단으로 복제하거나 재판매하는 것
· 계정을 여러 사람이 함께 쓰거나 자동화 수단으로 서비스를 방해하는 것
4. Pro 구독
Pro는 월간 또는 연간 구독입니다. 결제 전에 통화, 금액, 갱신 주기를 화면에 표시합니다.
구독은 해지할 때까지 같은 주기로 자동 갱신됩니다. 나의 학습의 구독 관리에서 언제든 온라인으로 해지할 수 있고, 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 Pro를 이용할 수 있습니다.
가격을 바꿀 때는 미리 알리며, 바뀐 가격은 다음 갱신부터 적용됩니다. 결제는 Stripe가 처리하며 카드 정보는 Poker Pilot 서버에 저장되지 않습니다.
5. 환불
환불 조건은 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 거주 국가의 법이 보장하는 청약철회 등 소비자 권리가 항상 우선합니다.
6. 교육 콘텐츠의 한계
강의와 채점은 화면에 표시된 규칙과 가정(예: 블랙잭 6덱, S17, 3:2)을 기준으로 합니다. 실제 게임의 규칙과 상황은 다를 수 있습니다.
학습 결과는 실전 승리나 수익을 보장하지 않습니다. 베이직 전략은 하우스 엣지를 줄일 뿐 없애지 못하며, 도박에는 언제나 돈을 잃을 위험이 있습니다.

7. 계정과 콘텐츠
계정은 본인만 사용하며 로그인 수단을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 강의, 문제, 해설, 차트, 디자인의 권리는 운영자에게 있고, 개인 학습 목적으로만 이용할 수 있습니다.
약관을 심각하게 위반하면 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 남은 유료 기간은 관련 법에 따라 처리합니다.
8. 변경과 책임
콘텐츠와 기능은 개선을 위해 바뀔 수 있습니다. 유료 기능을 크게 줄이는 변경은 미리 알립니다.
법이 허용하는 범위에서 운영자는 이용자가 실제 게임이나 도박에서 입은 손실에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이 약관은 거주 국가의 강행 소비자 보호 규정을 제한하지 않습니다.
Terms of Service
1. What this service is
Poker Pilot is education and practice simulation for adults learning Texas Hold’em and blackjack. It is not a gambling service.
There are no real-money bets, cash-outs, prizes or giveaways. Practice chips and scores have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed. A subscription pays for lessons and training features, never for chips or in-game currency.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and of legal age where you live (19 in South Korea).
Laws about card games and gambling differ by country and region. You are responsible for following the law where you live.
3. What is not allowed
This is a tool for learning and practising away from the game. You may not use it:
· as real-time assistance while playing an online or live game for real money
· at a casino table where the law or house rules prohibit electronic devices
· to copy or resell the lessons, questions or charts without permission
· by sharing one account among several people or disrupting the service with automation
4. Pro subscription
Pro is a monthly or annual subscription. The currency, amount and renewal period are shown before you pay.
It renews automatically on the same period until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time under Manage subscription in My practice, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
We will tell you in advance before changing a price, and a new price applies from your next renewal. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are never stored on Poker Pilot servers.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Consumer rights guaranteed by the law where you live, such as a right of withdrawal, always come first.
6. Limits of the education
Lessons and grading use the rules and assumptions shown on screen (for example blackjack with 6 decks, S17, 3:2). Real games may use different rules and conditions.
Learning does not guarantee winning or profit. Basic strategy reduces the house edge but does not remove it, and gambling always carries a risk of losing money.

7. Accounts and content
Your account is for you alone, and you must keep your sign-in secure. The lessons, questions, explanations, charts and design belong to the operator and are licensed for your personal study only.
We may restrict access after a serious breach of these terms. Any remaining paid period is then handled as the applicable law requires.
8. Changes and liability
Content and features may change as we improve them. We will give notice before a change that substantially reduces a paid feature.
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses you incur in real games or gambling. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

1. Qué es este servicio
Poker Pilot es educación y simulación de práctica para adultos que aprenden Texas Hold’em y blackjack. No es un servicio de apuestas.
No hay apuestas con dinero real, retiros, premios ni sorteos. Las fichas y puntuaciones de práctica no tienen valor monetario y no se pueden comprar, vender, transferir ni canjear. La suscripción paga lecciones y funciones de entrenamiento, nunca fichas ni moneda del juego.
2. Quién puede usarlo
Debes tener al menos 18 años y la mayoría de edad de tu país (19 en Corea del Sur).
Las leyes sobre juegos de cartas y apuestas varían según el país y la región. Eres responsable de cumplir la ley del lugar donde vives.
3. Usos no permitidos
Esta es una herramienta para aprender y practicar fuera del juego. No puedes usarla:
· como asistencia en tiempo real mientras juegas con dinero real, en línea o en vivo
· en una mesa de casino donde la ley o las reglas del lugar prohíban dispositivos electrónicos
· para copiar o revender las lecciones, preguntas o charts sin permiso
· compartiendo una cuenta entre varias personas o alterando el servicio con automatización
4. Suscripción Pro
Pro es una suscripción mensual o anual. La moneda, el importe y el periodo de renovación se muestran antes de pagar.
Se renueva automáticamente con el mismo periodo hasta que canceles. Puedes cancelar en línea cuando quieras en Gestionar suscripción dentro de Mi práctica, y conservas Pro hasta el final del periodo ya pagado.
Te avisaremos con antelación antes de cambiar un precio, y el nuevo precio se aplica desde tu siguiente renovación. Los pagos los procesa Stripe; los datos de tu tarjeta nunca se guardan en los servidores de Poker Pilot.
5. Reembolsos
Los reembolsos siguen la Política de reembolsos. Los derechos del consumidor que garantiza la ley de tu país, como el derecho de desistimiento, siempre tienen prioridad.
6. Límites del contenido educativo
Las lecciones y la calificación usan las reglas y supuestos que se muestran en pantalla (por ejemplo blackjack con 6 mazos, S17, 3:2). Los juegos reales pueden tener otras reglas y condiciones.
Aprender no garantiza ganar ni obtener beneficios. La estrategia básica reduce la ventaja de la casa pero no la elimina, y apostar siempre implica el riesgo de perder dinero.

7. Cuentas y contenido
Tu cuenta es solo para ti y debes proteger tu acceso. Las lecciones, preguntas, explicaciones, charts y el diseño pertenecen al operador y se licencian solo para tu estudio personal.
Podemos restringir el acceso tras un incumplimiento grave de estos términos. El periodo pagado restante se gestiona entonces como exija la ley aplicable.
8. Cambios y responsabilidad
El contenido y las funciones pueden cambiar a medida que los mejoramos. Avisaremos antes de un cambio que reduzca de forma sustancial una función de pago.
En la medida que la ley lo permita, el operador no responde de las pérdidas que sufras en juegos reales o apuestas. Nada de esto limita las normas imperativas de protección al consumidor de tu país de residencia.
